Transaction Solutions to Your Insurance Challenges
With over 200 years of combined insurance knowledge, we will partner with you to determine
the best approach to your EDI transaction demands. We limit our focus to insurance
applications.
Paper Claims
If you have not achieved 100% EDI, you are not alone! If you would like to increase your EDI,
send us your claims via image or paper and we will covert your paper to EDI (837 processing)
using a customized application for your business. We will send to you daily a secure electronic
file in your choice of format. Uploading this into your system will allow your claims to auto
adjudicate or be referred to a skilled staff member to finalize.
Further, if you would like all claims to come directly to us, we can arrange for a unique
PO Box number, allowing us to be your mailroom. These services include opening, sorting and
batching. We also can do imaging of your claims and handle all returns to the provider if
any information is missing or the patient is not covered.

Adjudication
Our claim adjudication services can assist you on a short-term or
long-term basis, utilizing a remote connection to your system. Our staff is experienced in medical, dental, vision and
pharmacy claims. Claim processing services are available for Indemnity, Major Medical, Medicare
Supplement, VA and Group business. You can send us electronic images or paper claims for
this process. We will meet time service and quality requirements needed to meet your service
goals.
Enrollment
Managing the enrollment process for your organization can be challenging and lengthy. HDM Corp.will assist you with:
- Paper to the 834 or proprietary formats to upload to your system
Electronic Evidence of insurability
- On-Line enrollments
Solutions are based on specific customer needs and are customized so your specific
requirements will be met. This process allows for faster enrollments and strong quality
of data. It can also assist with you with next years reenrollments. On-line enrollments
allow for you to electronically manage the process.
Revenue Cycle Management
If you are receiving Explanation of Benefits/self pay (EOB’s) and managing this as a
portion of your revenue cycle management, we can partner with you and your financial
institution to develop an automated means for receiving these and having them reconciled
with your bank deposit from payers. HDM will also work with payers to receive data
electronically. We can also assist you with self-pay statements and payments automation.
Managing your revenue cycle will save time and monies while also increasing cash flow and
service levels.
Backlog
If you are experiencing a claim backlog, HDM can assist you with a variety of methods to
manage this and meet your needs and service goals.
Clearinghouse Services
HDM Corp. aggregates all EDI claims or other transitions and forwards these to you in one
file based on your system and business requirements. Working with HDM Corp., you will achieve
a one stop processing for all your EDI needs.
Backroom Services
If you are challenged with the handling of any of your operational
activities, (eligibility, EDI kicks, customer service, etc.) , we can work with you to understand the challenges and perform
either full or partial level of services.
PPO Pricing
Repricers and payers do not always have the same file formats. We can map the unique formats
and send the repriced files to the providers/payers in the format of their choice. If this
is done with the entry of your claims, it can eliminate two cumbersome and costly steps in
your claims handling. Further, we can reprice claims if required.
