TOPAZ System's signature pads streamline the sign in sheet process when using
the eSignIn Sheet Software. It captures patient, employee or visitor signatures and completes
the sign in sheet process by displaying the name and sign in time on the monitor in waiting list
format.
User Configurations include multiple doctor selection, reason for visit, patient or employee
number, insurance changes and/or payment selection. Multi-Kiosk networks, segmented sign
in, tracking and analyzing patient flow with our CSV report output program are available.
Eight user configured intake questions can be displayed on the
signature pad with thirty pre-select answers.
