LISA
LECHOWICZ
CEO
& Founder
Prior
to founding HDM in 1996, Lisa Lechowicz
served as Senior Vice President of claims
and customer service for the Health Care
Business Operations at Mutual of Omaha
Companies.
In that position, Lisa supervised a
staff of more than 1,200 and managed a $60
million budget.
Lisa
has extensive experience in both health
care and information technology.
Lisa began her career as a Systems
Consultant, Systems Analyst and then a
Project Leader.
Lisa served on the Corporate
Quality Improvement Team and chaired the
Quality Improvement Team for the Group
Operation at Mutual of Omaha.
She attended the Quality College
and post graduate classes at Northwestern
University.
Lisa
served on the WEDI (Workgroup for
Electronic Data Interchange) Board from
1991-1993, when the EDI vision for
healthcare was developed under then
Secretary of State Louis Sullivan.
Lisa developed Mutual’s first EDI
Strategic Plan and implemented EDI for the
Company’s health care operations; moving
the Company from 20% electronic to over
60% electronic.
In working through the issues in
implementing EDI, Lisa saw the need (and
opportunity) to assist small to mid-size
payers and providers with the deployment
of technology in health care.
HDM was born.
Lisa
holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree
in Management from Purdue University.
Lisa is a lifelong learner and
holds many industry designations,
including CLU,
ChFC, FLMI, CEBS, HIA, and ACS.
She has taught classes
at the college level at Metropolitan
Community College, College of St. Mary’s
and Creighton University.
In
2006, Lisa served with Nebraska statewide
Health Care leaders to formulate a plan to
address health care reform on behalf of
Senator Chuck Hagel (R- NE).
HDM
Corp. was named the Omaha Chamber of
Commerce “New Business of the Year” in
1999.
HDM was one of the Fastest Growing
Firms in Omaha from 2000 through 2004.
In 2003, Lisa was a finalist in the
Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year
competition.
Since
the company’s inception, HDM Corp. has
contributed time and money to many
community charities, foundations and
events.
Some of the beneficiaries include
Project Harmony, Children’s Hospital’s
Playroom, Ronald McDonald House’s
Meditation Room, the Omaha Symphony, Opera
Omaha, the Omaha Performing Arts,
Nebraska Children’s Home Society, the
Nebraska Choral Arts Society, the Henry
Doorly Zoo, The United Way of the
Midlands, and more.

NANCY
FRITZ
Director
of Provider Services
Prior to joining HDM Corp. in 2005, Nancy Fritz worked at Mutual of Omaha for over 25 years. In her earlier career, she worked as a business analyst, PPO Contractor, Systems Analyst and Project Manager. Nancy has extensive experience in project management, sales, claims and information technology. Nancy has managed teams of business analysts and IT professionals completing key projects such as the creation of an application used by over 300 resources supporting rating, proposal, sales and fulfillment of group insurance policies. Nancy serves as HDM's representative of the Cooperative Exchange; the recognized resource and representative of the clearinghouse industry for the media and governmental bodies. Nancy was instrumental in HDM’s reaccreditation of
EHNAC.
As Director of Provider Services at HDM Corp., Nancy manages customer relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals and billing services using HDM's services and software for their e-filing and HIPAA-compliance needs. Nancy is active in her church. With Nancy having 4 brothers, she has a love for sports. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and spoiling her twin grandsons.

JODI L. ROSS, CPS/CAP
Senior
Executive Assistant
Jodi is currently serving as the senior executive assistant to the CEO of HDM Corp., an Omaha-based company dedicated to helping its clients find a better way to administer health care. In addition, Jodi is responsible for all of the company’s marketing and advertising. She serves as Facilities Manager and serves on HDM Corp.’s Leadership Team. Until January 2006, Jodi was employed as partner and director of office services with Anderson Partners. She managed all aspects of human resources and office services, provided administrative support to the agency’s CEO and president, and took the lead on all pro-bono and new business projects.
Prior to joining Anderson Partners in December 2001, Jodi worked as the director of office services and senior executive assistant at Bozell Group for more than nine years. While there, she supervised a support staff of ten and coordinated human resource functions for the Omaha office. Prior to Bozell Group, she spent six years overseas as a training instructor for the Army and Air Force Exchange Service.
Jodi holds a degree in business management. She also holds certifications as a Certified Professional Secretary (CPS) and as a Certified Administrative Professional (CAP).
She is an active member of the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP), currently serving chair of the International Teller’s Committee. Jodi has been a member of IAAP for fourteen years and has held numerous committee chair positions in both the Ak-Sar-Ben and The Great Plains Chapters. Jodi has also held officer positions, serving as President of both chapters. She is past president of the Iowa-Nebraska Division. Jodi has a special place in her heart for the Retirement Trust Foundation and hopes one day to serve as a Trustee at the International level. Jodi has served on advisory boards at the University of Nebraska-Omaha and Metropolitan Community College. Jodi frequently conducts educational seminars and workshops for administrative professionals.
