Bellevue University will provide 2 continuing education units to students completing HDM's Discovering HIPAA Training Series
- The student needs to contact HDM Corporation and provide payment to HDM (Visa, Mastercard (debit or credit) or check) to secure access for training.
- Upon completion of training the student needs to complete Sections one and two of the Continuing Education Program Application and Database form, Section three must be completed and signed by an HDM representative (fax copy to HDM c/o HIPAA at (402) 951-4601 to secure signature. The signed application will be faxed back) Section four will be completed by Bellevue University.
- Include a check made payable to Bellevue University in the amount of $15.00. If a student wishes to use a credit card for payments, they will need to call Ms. Kelly Dengel directly at (402) 293-3769 and she will take the information over the phone or mail above items to:

Once Kelly has received the payment, she will process the registration and request the Registrar to send a transcript to the student. Please allow two days for registration to be completed and an additional 7 - 10 business days for a transcript to be issued.
